At Mac Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
